During peak seasons such as Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day, no specific delivery timeslots are possible.

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to accept returns once your order has been delivered. As a florist, our products are made to order and have a limited lifespan, so we cannot resell items that have left our premises. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please get in touch with us right away. We will do our best to resolve the situation quickly and ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
