How to place your order and complete order form


Select your desired color, size, and quantity on the product page. Click “ADD TO CART” to place the item in the shopping cart. If you wish to check out, click “VIEW CART” or the cart icon on the top-right of the website.


Items added to your cart will be displayed there. You can modify the item quantity with the +/- icons. If you have a coupon, enter your code under “HAVE A PROMOTIONAL CODE” and click “APPLY COUPON”. If item details are confirmed, click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” to enter shipping details.


Enter the recipient’s details and address. Please make sure all required fields (marked with *) and the recipient’s address are correct and complete to ensure the successful delivery of orders. If you are unsure in which region your recipient’s address is located, you can select the “Metropolitan areas” to indicate it as a FREE SHIPPING order first. Our team will contact you if any additional shipping cost is required. You can select your desired date and period of time for the delivery. If you wish for a specific time delivery or an express delivery, you can upgrade your order under “SHIPPING METHOD”. If you have any special instructions for your order, you can write to our team at “SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS”, our team will make our best endeavors to meet your request. Please note that fulfillment is not guaranteed. Click “NEXT” to proceed to write your message card.


You can write your bespoke message to be delivered along with your gift. Select “Compose Your Message Now” and compose your message up to 125 characters in the text box. You can also enclose a blank message card by selecting “Receive a blank message card” and write your own message upon delivery. Click “NEXT” to proceed to billing. If you wish to go back and modify the shipping details, click “1. Shipping” at the progress line at the top.


Please enter the sender’s details. Fields marked with * are required. Click “NEXT” to proceed to checkout. If you wish to go back and modify the previous details, click the relevant section at the progress line at the top.


Check your item details here again. If all details are correct, you can choose to place the order with your credit card, direct bank transfer, or PayPal. Click “PLACE ORDER” to complete your order, or “PROCEED TO PAYPAL” to access PayPal’s payment service page. You will receive a real-time email confirmation with your order record at the email address you provided at Billing. You will also receive an auto-confirmation from PayPal if you settle the payment with PayPal. Please notify our customer service immediately if you do not receive confirmation after an hour of completing your order.
